When did I initially begin feeling that means? Or that's the energised domain. If we're looking in the somatic or the physical domain name, possibly it's this kind of persistent tightening around my diaphragm and being curious regarding that holding.
Well, when did I begin holding my breath? For me, in EMDR, we refer to this as a FloatBack process where we're kind of complying with the symptom back to its beginning. Arielle as we start to make our way towards a verdict in our conversation, I simply want to circle back around to we have actually touched on several different points, although they're also interconnected.
I really desire you to consider this. What would you claim? I think that possibly the big takeaway that I 'd such as around us, around this, is that the tale doesn't have to end below. Right. Like with any kind of injury story, we reach be an energetic participant in shaping what is the end of the tale.
And I enjoy this concept that not only do we have what we can speak about as transgenerational injury, yet we also have intergenerational resilience and that we can be component of enhancing that strength story. And I assume that's a great deal of what we're mentioning today yeah. That there's an additional opportunity there.
The story reaches proceed on. Gorgeous. Yeah. And I do not believe that we resolve that tale simply by caring it for our household or forefathers. There is a method in which, when we want to feel and resolve and heal, it is a present that goes in both generational directions.
